The Foundation for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, led by Group Captain Paradon Kumsap, and Ms. Kwanruthai Savangsri, in collaboration with the Human Care Association, represented by Mr. Shoji Nakaganishi, Mr. Yoshiaki Sukada, and Mr. Shie Yoshimura, convened a significant meeting to discuss the way forward in developing the potential of the new generation of young leaders with disabilities.
       This initiative aims to drive the promotion of Independent Living at the ASEAN level. The meeting took place at the conference room of Inclusive Learning Center on Disability in the southern border of Thailand. 

       This meeting is part of the ASEAN Friends project, titled "Inclusive Independent Living Development: IILD Model in Action." It seeks to connect networks of both senior and young leaders within the disabled community across ASEAN countries. Together, they are working to advocate for concepts and implementing processes that can be translated into real-life practices.
